<div>Silver Lake Film Festival, Los Angeles' leading independent film and video event, unspools its 2006 edition March 23-31 at locations throughout the Eastside including downtown, Echo Park, Silver Lake, Los Feliz and Hollywood. Highlight include Green Films, a film series reporting on the urban environmental movement; MP4Fest, a showcase of creative digital content made for handheld devices; Fusion Asian, presenting the latest in Asian horror-cult films; MusicFest, one part music documentary series and one part live musical performances, and ReelPolitik, exploring films designed to not only inform but to agitate.
